The irregularly rolled green leaves make a crystal clear, pale green infusion, showing a mildly sweet taste with tones of milk, almond, and a mellow grassy finish.
Use 10 g of tea (approx. 7 tsp) for 1 l of water at the temperature of 70°C. Allow infusing for 3 minutes. Strain and serve.
