Watch as your tea blossoms into a beautiful flower!
This beautiful Flower Bomb is created out of the youngest leaves of a hand-rolled white tea, which blossom up in your teapot into a whole bouquet. Once this flower blooms, it has a beautiful floral aroma.
The gathered leaves are left to wither, then they are gently dried and steamed. This facilitates the smoothness essential for hand-rolling. After brewing, the leaves open and reveal hidden amaranth and lily flowers. The infusion is seductive in taste.
Use one piece of tea for 3 dl of water. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 85°C. Pour and leave it to infuse for 3 min. Sieve and serve. Suitable for 3 infusions.
