Can I cancel or change my order after I've made a purchase on the website? 

Yes, you can. We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel your request. We do not offer refunds for order cancellations or changes but we are happy to issue a store credit.

Can I return an item? 

Unfortunately not. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or tea), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We're confident our premium products selection will meet or exceed your expectations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

What types of Payment do you accept? 

We accept all Payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

What are your shipping options? 

Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option. 

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

Whilst we take every care to ensure that deliveries are protected to prevent damage in transit, we cannot guarantee that parcels will arrive in perfect condition. Please get in touch if this situation happens to you.

Where do you ship from?

The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Our products are efficiently packaged by our handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
